                For me, real estate is all about you! It’s truly an honor when I receive a call asking me to help you with one of the biggest investments that you will make!

                For friends who I haven’t yet met, here is a little bit about me so you can know me better: I became a Realtor in 2002 and have worked in both residential new construction and resale markets. My real estate clients say they enjoy the strong customer service work ethic that I have developed during my 30+ years experience in sales, marketing and management. A job transfer in 1983 brought me to Jackson where I met Lee, who I married in 1987. We live in the Pleasant Lake area with our rescue cats, Max, Morris and Blaze.

                I have bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and marketing credentials from the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2012 I became an Associate Broker at ERA and through my career have also earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).

                I am a well-trained REALTOR. Education is important to me. So it might be interesting for you to know that, while the MINIMUM requirement for a REALTOR to keep their license is 8 hours of continuing education and  Legal updates per year,  I average over 21 hours of continuing education and Legal updates EACH YEAR and have done so since I’ve been licensed. In 2010 I earned the “Master Realtor Award” recognizing my commitment to education, volunteerism and support of the real estate community.            

                Around town you will see me active in the Jackson Area Association of Realtors where I volunteer for several committees including Professional Development and Grievance Committees and am the Chairperson of the “Team JAAR” task force as well as many other projects sponsored by this Jackson Area Association of Realtors.
